The 30-day sentence
- Pick one sentence you already halfway believe — not a fantasy slogan.
- Speak it daily with real emotional charge (raise E) and honest resonance (raise R).
- Track one external marker for 30 days (the personal reality-shift experiment from the main paper).
- Review polarity — is the sentence constructive (Pf = +1) or quietly self-attacking?
- Protect silence — leave unmeasured space so Superposition isn’t crushed by Forced Media (see ORP Stage 1).
What “expanding the foundation” means here
Darwin’s paper gave the loop and the equation. Expansion is not adding louder claims. It’s testing magnitude: better S, honest N awareness, higher E × R, cleaner Q, kinder Pf.
Failure modes
- Perfect wording, zero belief → R ≈ 0 → no shift.
- Intense emotion with no sentence → weather without code.
- Posting the practice for applause → Circus mode (ORP), not Superposition.
You haven’t lost your mind; you’ve just lost your In-Between. Protect some of it on purpose.
